The driver is shareware. You can download it from here http://www.gwinn.com/siofiles/S2KV200C.ZIP
SIO v. 2.0 is a replacement for the IBM COM.SYS and VCOM.SYS drivers
with greatly enhanced features. This driver supports several ports and
solves many problems with modems.

You can burn single session, multi-session, or audio CDs. http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/cgi-bin/h-search?key=cdrtools

ISOFS is an installable file system for OS/2 to access ISO rawfiles suitable for burning on CD.
ISOFS allows transparent readonly access to the contents of
the raw file. Currently only Joliet filenames are supported but this may
change in the future.
New:
- Added support for file and directory times which was still missing.
- Found the solution for the missing notebook pages. You have to tell OS/2
that there's support for EAs even if that's not true.
