A4Tech NB-XX (Battery free USB Mouse)
Mark: Average AMouse (20.08.2006) supports 12-bit and 16-bit mouses.
To get working scrolling, use AMouse USBMOUSE.SYS + system MOUSE.SYS + simulation of keyboard buttons in the mouse settings.
